MEET YOUR HOST, SARAH JENNINGS
Sarah Jennings is the Director of AuraTransformation™ and an experienced transformational practitioner, Kinesiologist, teacher and business mentor within the Healing Arts.
Her work centres around questions such as: what creates profound, lasting human transformation? What allows humans to blossom into their full magnificence.
Alongside her work with AuraTransformation™, Sarah has developed her own transformational methodologies and facilitated thousands of hours of individual and group work exploring consciousness, energy, human potential, relationships, visibility, leadership and the patterns that shape the way we live and create.
She became an Aura Mediator in 2014 and an AuraTransformation™ Instructor in 2018, before becoming Director and guardian of the international AuraTransformation™ body of work in 2025.
Today, part of her work is dedicated to taking AuraTransformation™ into its next chapter and developing highly skilled, grounded and confident practitioners who can carry this work forward.
Sarah brings together nearly two decades of experience in human behaviour, transformation, business and the Healing Arts, with a deep fascination for the extraordinary capacity of the human spirit to overcome, alchemise what is not true to us, and expand consciousness within this lifetime. At the heart of her work is a belief that peace is our birthright, and that human transformation brings us closer to the truth, power and unique essence of who we really are.
